Cabhru Housing Association wish to appoint Client Representative Services for a Residential Development at 11 St Agnes Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12. The Client Representative Services to be provided are as follows: • Project Manager • Employers Representative • Employers Agent Technical • Employers Agent Financial • Fire Safety Design Review • Clerk of Works (part time). The Project comprises the development of 49nr one bedroom residential units together with common areas, community building, communal open spaces, ancillary areas, landscaping and associated works.
