The IPS is issuing this PIN to inform the market of a potential forthcoming procurement process for Prison Officer Uniforms. Purpose of this PIN is to: 1. Notify the market of the IPS current intentions regarding this requirement 2. Inform suppliers of the IPS intention to undertake preliminary market consultation to support the development of the procurement strategy and associated tender documentation. Important Notice: This PIN is issued for information and market engagement purposes only. It does not constitute a call for competition, nor does it commit the IPS to any procurement process. Participation in this market engagement is entirely voluntary. This engagement is conducted in a transparent and non – discriminatory manner and is without prejudice to any future procurement conducted in accordance with the applicable public procurement law.
