In summary, the Services comprise the provision of Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Engineering Design and Climate Action Consultancy Services across the IBTS estate, including full lifecycle building services design, energy optimisation, decarbonisation strategy development, technical specifications, tender documentation, procurement support, construction stage inspections, commissioning and validation oversight, performance verification, SI 426 energy audit updates, asset lifecycle planning, capital planning support, governance, reporting and associated consultancy services in live GMP- controlled healthcare environments.
