La présente consultation en deux phases, phase candidature et phase offre, est relative à l'aménagement d'un véhicule de reconnaissance d'itinéraires pour l'analyse de la couverture des réseaux de télécommunications. Il s'agit d'une relance du lot 1 lancé précédemment par l'IRSN (avis BOAMP n°24-82627).
