La société OZANAM compte un patrimoine immobilier de 11 715 logements locatifs sociaux répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire Martiniquais. L'estimatif de logements à remettre en état par an est d'environ 600 logements par an. Soit 2 400 logements sur 4 ans, soit 2 400 logements sur 4 ans, la durée totale du marché.
