Le délai global d'exécution des travaux est fixé à 20 mois dont 1 mois de période de préparation + garantie de parfait achèvement (GPA). Le planning prévisionnel indique un démarrage des travaux en septembre 2026 (préparation de chantier en amont), et la réception des travaux est estimée pour mai 2028. A titre indicatif, les prestations seront à exécuter à compter du troisième trimestre 2026.
