Il s’agit de travaux d'entretien courant, de grosses réparations et de rénovation des bâtiments et installations communaux dans les corps d’état suivants : LOT 1 : Maçonnerie –plâtrerie – cloisons sèches – revêtements scellés – faux plafonds / LOT 2 : Couverture - Etanchéité, entretien des terrasses, verrières, gouttières et ligne de vie / LOT 3 : Electricité courant fort / courant faible / LOT 4 : Peinture – ravalement et revêtement de sol / LOT 5 : Serrurerie acier et alu – clôture – menuiserie et volet / LOT 6 : Plomberie – sanitaire – ventilation.
