L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture, l'installation, la mise en oeuvre, la formation, la reprise des données, les interfaces, la maintenance, l'hébergement externalisé d'un logiciel DACS et de son intégration dans l'architecture informatique existante des établissements du GHT Savoie Belley (RIS, PACS, modalités)
