Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition, l’installation et la mise en service d’un appareil de spectrométrie de masse par plasma à couplage inductif (ICP-MS, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer en anglais) destiné à être associé à un système d’ablation laser en place (laser Excimer 193 nm RESOlution par la société Resonetics acheté en 2014).
