La consultation a pour objet l’organisation et l'exploitation d’un service de transport collectif à la demande de porte à porte pour les personnes majeures titulaires de la carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) mention invalidité. Ce service est dénommé TIVA. Les caractéristiques techniques des prestations à réaliser sont précisées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et ses annexes.
