Opis

Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, à marchés subséquents, sans option ni variante, conclu dès sa notification pour une durée d'un an, renouvelable trois fois par période d'un an. Il sera alloti comme suit : - Lot n°1 : La fourniture en location, l'installation, la maintenance technique et désinstallation de patinoires pour les fêtes de fin d'année. - Lot n°2 : La gestion de l'encaissement des frais d'entrée et l'exploitation (accueil, distribution des patins et animations sur la patinoire) Plus précisément, le lot n°1 est sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 400 000Euros euros HT par période. Quant au lot n°2, il est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 200 000Euros euros HT par période. Le marché prendra la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire pour chaque lot. Le lot n°1 sera traité à prix forfaitaire sur la base d'un devis type valant bordereau de prix plafonds. Le lot n°2 sera traité à prix mixte.
