La présente consultation porte sur un marché public ayant pour finalité la fourniture, l'installation, la maintenance et les prestations de services associés pour la mise en place d'une solution de dossier de l'usager informatisé pour les établissements et services médico-sociaux du secteur PH (Personnes en situation de Handicap), PDS (Personnes en Difficultés Spécifiques), PDE (Protection de l'Enfance) et AHI (Accueil Hebergement et Insertion)
