La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un Centre de Services mono-attributaire. Les prestations portées par le Centre de Services JAWA sont : - Prestations de la disponibilité du SI (Exploitation, Incidents, Astreinte) dont un dispositif transverse de type « Vigie » pour le contrôle des activités opérationnelles  - Prestations de MCO (Changements, Déploiements, Décommissionnements, Habilitations) - Prestations de Performance (Recevabilité, Plan de progrès, Capacité) - Prestations d’Expertise
