Opis

La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande publique. La consultation concerne les prestations d'exploitation, de maintenance préventive, de maintenance corrective ainsi que les prestations complémentaires d'adaptation et de modification des Systèmes de Sécurité Incendie (SSI) des bâtiments du Département de la Sarthe. Aucune visite de site n'est prévue. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale allant du 1er mai 2026 (ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure) au 31 décembre 2026 et inclu les montants maximum par période suivants : Période ferme :Du 01/05/2026 (ou date de notification) au 31/12/2026 maxi 100 000 euro(s) HT Reconduction n°1 Du 01/01/2027 au 31/12/2027 maxi 200 000 euro(s) HT Reconduction n°2 Du 01/01/2028 au 31/12/2028 maxi 200 000 euro(s) HT Reconduction n°3 Du 01/01/2029 au 31/12/2029 maxi 200 000 euro(s) HT
