La mission du Titulaire consiste à apporter son assistance technique au Maître d’ouvrage pour la passation du marché public global de performances (contstruction-réalisation-maintenance), le suivi de la conception, de la construction et, à titre optionnel, de la maintenance performantielle du bâtiment construit.
