La Collectivité européenne d’Alsace décide de mettre en place un fonds destiné au préfinancement des aides publiques et subventions accordées aux bénéficiaires visant l’adaptation du logement lié au handicap et vieillissement conduites et financées par l’Anah et/ou par la Collectivité européenne d’Alsace.
