Opis

Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire décomposé en deux lots : (1) responsabilité civile; (2) dommages aux biens. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché distinct. Le candidat peut soumissionner à un ou plusieurs ou tous les lots de son choix. Le marché prend effet à compter du 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée d'un an. Il est reconductible tacitement 7 fois, pour une durée d'un an, sans que sa durée totale n'excède 8 ans.
