Opis

La mission porte sur la réhabilitation complète et la transformation en bureaux d’un bâtiment d’habitation existant. La mission de maîtrise d’œuvre comprend les éléments suivants : DIA – APS – APD – Permis - PRO – ACT – EXE – DET – AOR - OPC- PEMD – STD - CEM. Les prestations incluent : • Réhabilitation complète du bâtiment • Aménagements extérieurs • Interventions en contexte ancien/patrimonial, • Amélioration énergétique et confort d’été, • Adaptation fonctionnelle aux usages tertiaires.
