Les stipulations du présent Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP) concernent : FOURNITURE DE PRODUITS LESSIVIELS ET CHIMIQUES POUR LES BLANCHISSERIES DU G.C.S.P.A. Le marché comprend également des prestations annexes dont les prix sont compris dans les prix unitaires et définies au CCTP. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur.
