Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de viandes fraîches, de boeuf, de veau, d'agneau, de porc, de volaille et de lapin ainsi que de divers produits de charcuterie fraîche et de produits transformés pour les établissements scolaires de Maine-et-Loire dont la liste figure en annexe pour les besoins de leur restauration scolaire pour deux ans : 2027/2028
