L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Il est précisé que ce marché a été déclaré sans suite par l'entité adjudicatrice du fait de plusieurs défaillances dans le précédent CCTP ainsi qu'une sous estimation notable des coûts afférents à l'acquisition et mise en place d'un tel logiciel
