Opis
L’acquisition d’un système constitué de deux détecteurs couplés EDS et EBSD afin d’équiper un microscope électronique à balayage TESCAN VEGA 3 LMU (tungstène), en complément des deux détecteurs déjà installés (SE et BSE).
