Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Project and portfolio management (PPM) -solution

The procurement object: VTT is procuring a project and project portfolio management solution (PPM) that will support VTT in its core business process of research projects and their management. The objective of the invitation to tender was to find one (1) professional supplier who can guarantee high quality and provide the service in its entirety as described in the invitation to tender. VTT chose one (1) supplier from among the tenderers. The PPM solution sought by VTT should be capable of integrating with several other core business IT solutions, including finance ERP, CRM, HCM and document management systems. The service will be delivered as software as a service (SaaS) model. The price for the PPM solution cannot exceed a maximum budget of 3 million euros in four years period. The price includes the following: o Software system licenses for a SaaS solution, o Implementation project, o Support and maintenance services (including potential separately ordered expert work) Contracts and Contract Period: The contracting authority has entered into a contract with the supplier who wins the procurement process. The contract period starts from the signing of the Delivery Contract. Please see the contracts for further information on the contract period. The contract shall not include exclusive rights to the winning tenderer to supply to the Contracting Authority the supplies or services described this Invitation to Tender and in its Annexes. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to procure all the services described in the Invitation to Tender and in its Annexes from the winning tenderer.
