Beschreibung Projektsteuerungsleistung : Konkret umfasst das Nachtragangebot Nr. 18 jeweils folgende Nachtragsleistungen des AN Projektsteuerung bis zum Abschluss der LS 1 „Pre-Construction-Phase – Planungsbegleitung" mit dem Ziel „Abruf LS 2 - Bau": - Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB); - Angebotsauswertung; - Begleitung der Angebotsverhandlungen.
