La présente consultation a pour objet la relance de deux lots : PLOMBERIE CVC et PHOTOVOLTAIQUE. Le lot CVC est relancé pour redéfinition du besoin, intégrant notamment les réservations liées à la géothermie. Le lot Photovoltaïque est relancé pour incertitudes ayant pesé sur le processus de mise en concurrence.
