The imaging and Optics Facility is to purchase an Optophysiology Multi Photon Microscope as a new technology to facilitate the measurement of brain activity - in the form of Calcium and/or voltage changes in living organisms - using advanced multi-photon imaging applications in combinatoin with visual or optogenetic stimulation.
