Norway – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations – Electrical services

The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for electrical services in the following categories: Category A: Heavy current Category B: Low currentHalden municipality needs to carry out quick and efficient call-offs for electrical services. In order to meet this need, it is considered most appropriate to enter into parallel framework agreements. The contracting authority estimates that the sub-contracts have a combined value of NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. 40,000,000 excluding VAT and have divided the maximum frame for the categories in the following way: The limit for category A: Heavy current is set at NOK 28,000,000 excluding VAT. The limit for category B: Low current is set at NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the delivery. Tenderers can therefore choose to submit tenders for both categories A and B, or just one of these. The framework agreement applies for the services in the tender documentation, requirement specifications and price forms for each category (A and B).
