Halden municipality shall establish a new tent building for the placement of a robot for sorting food and business waste at Rokke Avfallsanlegg, Nordbyveien 507, 1763 Halden. The tent shall be constructed at the municipality ́s existing tent system for waste management and it shall be connected with this.
