A market survey (RFI) is a non-binding enquiry from the contracting authority, where they would like input from suppliers before any procurement. This is an important opportunity for you as a supplier to influence the design of the competition. Oslobygg is announcing a new framework agreement for the delivery of bio oil for heating purposes for its properties. A market survey shall, thus, be carried out to check with the market on the tenderer ́s status for electric or hydrogen progress for tank vehicles that transport flammable goods in accordance with the update of the 1 January 2025 ADR regulations. You must log in and follow the market survey in order to communicate with the contracting authority and send replies. The survey will be answered directly on the website.
