The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is the system owner of AutoPASS for ferry. Information to road users can be found on the autopassferje.no website. Today, it is challenging for the road user to figure out how they pay for the ferry, how they achieve discounts and what payment options there are. The website autopassferje.no is currently relatively simple and needs modernisation to be more flexible, updated and user friendly. The main aim is to further develop it into an intuitive and user friendly website where ferry travellers easily understand how payment for ferry journeys works.
