The Norwegian Environment Agency needs consultancy services within digitalisation and technology. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed for sub-areas 1. Development resources and 2. Specialist resources. Lot 2 is further divided into 2.1 Management and consultancy services, 2.2. Design, mapping and user experiences and 2.3. Architecture, data and analysis.
