Norway – Guard services – Market dialogue with service providers for security guard services, security guard and alarm station services.

The Joint Procurement Office (FIK) is a cooperation between Frogn, Vestby, Ås and Nesodden municipalities and shall, on behalf of Frogn, Vestby and Ås, announce a competition for a framework agreement for security guard services, security guard services and alarm station services, as this expires in autumn 2026. In connection with the preparation of competition documents, FIK would like to get input from the market in order to ensure a good competition with several tenderers. The RFI is used so that documentation requirements are maintained in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §12-2. Replies are handled confidentially and will not be published/shared outside internal work groups.
