Have had a supplier dialogue with tenderers who submitted a tender, and in this dialogue it has emerged that only Dyrud Elektro can comply with the requirements for response in critical situations, and based on this Seljord municipality has entered into a direct framework agreement with Dyrud Elektro AS.
