The Norwegian Customs needs a system that handles public enquiries in an efficient way and that uses artificial intelligence to make working hours more efficient for our agents. The Norwegian Customs is looking for a partner who supports us with high competence throughout the contract period, ensures further development of the service and contributes to the Norwegian Customs continually adopting new systems.
