Norway – Accounting services – Procurement of Accounting and System Services

The objective of the procurement is to establish a comprehensive and efficient system for accounting and system services that supports akasia group ́s financial management, planning and management. The services shall include i.a.: Accounting and reporting, Pay and Personnel Administration, Billing and follow-up of accounts receivables Reporting Payment assignments and authority System operation and support in XledgerData Processor responsibility and information security The service provider shall provide services adapted to the group ́s structure and coordinate the delivery so that group reports and internal control are safeguarded. Tenderers shall provide complete accounting services in accordance with good accounting practice (GRFS), the Bookkeeping Act, the Personal Data Act (GDPR), the Accounting Act and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as ensure proper internal control, quality and security in all processes. The contract will start as soon as possible, at the latest 1 April 2026. The annual settlement for 2025 shall be carried out by the current supplier.
