TenneT, acting as lead contracting authority, together with the participating Dutch Distribution System Operators (DSOs): - Alliander; - Enexis and; - Stedin Is conducting this market consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to engage with the market and gather insights, ideas and potential solution approaches for a future Digital Passport & Safety Enablement Platform supporting Digital Safety Passport, Key Management and Gate Instruction Management. This consultation is intended to validate the proposed scope and approach, gain insight into market capabilities and best practices, identify potential risks and innovations and support the preparation of a future tender.
