Description TenneT TSO organiseert deze aanbesteding ten behoeve van het ontwerp van een nieuw Paris Proof kantoorlocatie voor TenneT TSO door middel van renovatie van kantoorgebouw H01/H02 de gestripte kantoorhuisvesting op De Hes Oost in Arnhem. Deze aanbesteding betreft ontwerpteamdiensten met de volgende disciplines -Integraal ontwerpmanagement; -Architectuur; -Interieurarchitectuur; -Landschapsarchitectuur; -Bouwfysica en akoestiek; -Constructie en geotechniek; -Mechanische, Electrische, Data en Transportinstallaties; -Beveiligingsinstallaties; -Brandveiligheid advies; -Bouw- en exploitatiekosten; -Duurzaamheidsadvies; -Omgevingsadvies (inclusief aanvraag omgevingsvergunning); -BIM- management & BIM-coördinatie.
