The bench-top centrifuge will be essential for the separation and processing of environmental and biological samples, including water, sediment, and biological material collected during field surveys. It will support laboratory workflows such as sample preparation, isolation of microorganisms, and preparation of samples for molecular and physicochemical analyses linked to biodiversity health and freshwater ecosystem assessment.
