The Contracting Authority invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to provide high quality training and skills development programmes under a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Leadership, Management and Professional Development Training. These programmes will support the development of leadership capability, management competence, and organisational effectiveness within participating member companies.
