Ireland – Project management consultancy services – Project Management (PM) Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services for the Provision of Infrastructure Delivery for IDA Ireland

IDA Property Division is seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team to deliver all services outlined in this document. The Project management led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the design and delivery of the infrastructure access road extension and all associated utility connections electricity, water, drainage, gas, at IDA Science and Technology Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Project Manager, Civil, Structural and Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, PSDP, Assigned Certifier, Landscape Architect and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the project.
