Atlantic Technological University invites pre-qualification applications for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for Strategic Capital Planning and Support Consultancy Services to support the University in developing multiple business case submissions, funding applications and support and advisory services for the strategic planning of capital and infrastructure investment, in alignment with applicable public sector infrastructure guidelines as required.
