Die SWM Services GmbH beschafft im Rahmen eines EU-weiten Verhandlungsverfahrens eine Full-Service-Kommunikationsagentur zur projektbegleitenden Kommunikation für die Geothermieanlage Michaelibad. Gegenstand ist ein Rahmenvertrag über folgende Arbeitspakete: Arbeitspaket 1: Analyse, Konzept, Content & Strategie Analyse, Kommunikationskonzept, Krisenkommunikationsplan, Redaktionsplanung, Projektmanagement, Monitoring & Evaluation, monatliche Beratungspauschale (siehe Anforderungsprofil unten), digitale Grundbausteine (Website, Bau-App, Newsletter) Arbeitspaket 2: Medienkooperationen & Paid Media Anzeigen & Advertorials, Medienkooperationen. Arbeitspaket 3: Baustellen-Information & Gestaltung Bauzaun-Infos, Infotafeln, Checkpoint Michi, Plakate, Flyer, Druck & Montage. Arbeitspaket 4: Medienproduktion (Visualisierung, Foto & Film) Renderings, Animationen, 360°-Tour, Fotoshootings, Drohnenaufnahmen, Filmclips. Arbeitspaket 5: Events & Bürgerdialog Meilenstein-Events, Presse-Events, Bürgerinfoabende, Führungen, Give-Aways.
