Udbudsprocessen omfatter en kontrakt til Ordregivers indkøb og drift af nødkald til borgere i eget hjem, samt GPS-løsning til borgere med demens. Der er tale om en samlet løsning, som indeholder en fælles platform for Ordregivers personale til håndtering af både nødkald og GPS.
