Przedmiot zamówienia: Dostawa produktów leczniczych i leków biologicznych. Zamówienie zostało podzielona na 14 części: Część nr 1 - „Produkty lecznicze I” Część nr 2 - „Produkty lecznicze II” Część nr 3 - „Produkty lecznicze III” Część nr 4 - „Produkty lecznicze IV” Część nr 5 - „Produkty lecznicze V” Część nr 6 - „Produkty lecznicze VI” Część nr 7 - „Produkty lecznicze VII” Część nr 8 - „Produkty lecznicze VIII” Część nr 9 - „Produkty lecznicze IX” Część nr 10 - „Methotrexate” Część nr 11 – „Adalimumabum” Część nr 12 – „Infliximabum” Część nr 13 – „Rituximab” Część nr 14 – „Romosozumab” 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają niniejsza SWZ oraz: 1) załącznik nr 1 – formularz oferty; 2) załącznik nr 2 – formularz asortymentowo-cenowy odpowiednio dla części 1 - 14; 3) załącznik nr 3 – projektowane postanowienia umowy.
