Norway – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Medicines and multi-dose, framework agreement

The competition is for the delivery of medicines and multi-doses. The contract also includes packing multi-doses for users living at home (paid by the contracting authority), whilst medicines for persons living at home are not included in the contract as they are covered by the user. The contract will not include medical consumables, as the municipalities have a separate framework agreement for this. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 3,700,000 excluding VAT per annum. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, c.f. the Procurement Act §7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement as the procurement is an goods procurement, cf. the apprentice regulations §4.
