Norway – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Intention notice: Electro surgery - equipment dependent consumables for the health companies in Helse Vest RHF

Helse Vest RHF, c/o Sykehusinnkjøp HF, will on behalf of the health authorities (Helse Førde HF, Helse Fonna HF, Helse Stavanger HF and Helse Bergen HF, as well as an option for Betanien Sykehus and Haraldsplass Diakonale Hospital), in the region, enter into framework agreements for equipment dependent consumables within electrical surgery. Framework agreements will be signed with the following tenderers (alphabetical order): Applied Medical, with VoyantB Braun Medcial AS, with CaimanKebomed, med marSealMedtronic Norway AS, with Ligasure and SonicisionOlympus Norway AS, with ThunderbeatOrtomedic Norway AS, with Harmonic and EnsealOppdragsgiver will announce signing of contract. Type of contract: framework agreement. Contract duration: 2 years with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the Contract for up to 1 year at a time at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years. The contracting authority believes that there is pursuant to the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b) no. 2 to enter into a contract without announcing a competition in accordance with the procurement regulations § 21-2.
