Norway – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – Contract OB2 - Construction and technical disciplines

This prior information notice will be sent out to make the market and potential tenderers aware of the upcoming competition for Contract OB2 - Building and Technical Disciplines in a larger project – Cleaner Oslofjord – which MOVAR has in Moss and Vestby municipalities. The project is referred to as "Cleaner Oslofjord", and is again divided into two sub-projects «Nye Fuglevik Renseanlegg» and «Overføringsanlegg». The part-project «Overføringsanlegget» comprises laying an approx. 15 km long sewage pipeline from Brevik via Kambo and to Fuglevik Treatment Facility. This sea and land pipeline will run in Mossesundet, cross the infrastructure between Moss and Jeløy, and continue out in Værlebukta to Fuglevik RA. It also includes alterations to the current treatment facility at Kambo to a pump station, a new pump station at Brevik and renovation of Møllebakken pump station. Contract OB2 concerns the following extent: Brevik pump station (new building): • Ground and concrete work • Construction work above and below ground • Internal works and technical rooms. • HVAC installations connected to the building. • Outdoor work, including terrain preparation and landscape design • Water and sewage work connected to the pump station. • Temporary work, rigging and operation. Møllebakken pump station (renovation): • Renovation and upgrading of the existing buildings (minor extent). • Building engineering work internally and externally. • Establishment of new HVAC installations in the building. • Adaptations for new machine engineering and technical equipment. The final extent, technical systems and contract interface with other contracts will be further described in the tender documentation.
