NMBU c/o SHF plans to enter into a contract for milk robots. The procurement is pursuant to the Regulations § 13-4 (b) and it is because the milk robot must be able to be connected to the barn ́s existing system. Only a milk robot from the Joint Procurement/DeLaval can deliver complete system for this for today's. Only the Joint Procurement/DeLaval can deliver a complete system based on NMBU SHF ́s need and our assessment is that the terms for holding a competition without a prior notice In accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2 has been fulfilled.
