Het onderhands gunnen van een overheidsopdracht boven de EU-drempelwaarde. Met een beroep op de technische uitzondering van artikel 2.32 lid 1 onderdeel b sub 2 Aw 2012. Aanschaf van één Sony ID7000 Cell Analyzer voor de Core Faciliteit Flow Cytometrie, Amsterdam UMC locatie AMC, inclusief installatie, training, consumables en onderhoud voor 10 jaar. 1
