De uitgebreide brandverzekering van Stichting VU vervalt op 1 januari 2027. Ter verkrijging van een nieuw contract wordt een Europese niet-openbare procedure uitgevoerd met als doel het sluiten van een 3-jarig contract en voorts doorlopend, conform bestek. Willis B.V. gevestigd te Amsterdam begeleidt Stichting VU bij dit traject. Totale verzekerde som is EUR 2.442.686.113
